In 2014, FID successfully developed Gentry Park, an 88 bed assisted living and memory care facility. The facility is situated beside Orlando’s landmark, Lake Nona, a medical research and healthcare complex spanning across 650 acres. The facility is completed and in full operation.

Over the next year, Orlando continued to experience significant population growth and was named the fastest employment growth city in the country by KPMG. In 2015, FID capitalized on this residential boom and launched “Golf Club Villas”, 101 luxury townhomes situated on Michael Dasher designed 18‐hole golf course resort community of Providence near Disney. The homes feature ultra-contemporary finishing with state-of-the-art design for one all-inclusive entry level pricing. This home went on to win the highly coveted Orlando Parade of Home 2018 Award for Multi-family Homes which recognizes home innovation in construction methods, energy efficiency, architectural design practices, construction material and interior finishings. Furthermore, FID, in partnership with TPPM Realty, manages over 700 properties in seven cities across Florida providing home owners a one-stop shop for all real estate services.
