The firm’s mandate is to seek underserved markets with strong demand for new construction or construction of certain product types. FID capitalizes on the demand by developing the desired product then utilizing its extensive network of professionals and agents to offer its products both domestically and internationally. In 2014, FID successfully developed Gentry Park, an 88 bed assisted living and memory care facility. The facility is situated beside Orlando’s landmark, Lake Nona, a medical research and healthcare complex spanning across 650 acres. The facility is completed and in full operation.

Over the next year, Orlando continued to experience significant population growth and was named the fastest employment growth city in the country by KPMG. In 2015, FID capitalized on this residential boom and launched “Golf Club Villas”, 101 luxury townhomes situated on Michael Dasher designed 18-hole golf course resort community near Disney. This project is in collaboration with Ashtrom Group, an Israel publically traded company and ranked top 100 firms on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The firm was established 50 years ago with specialization in infrastructure and residential community development internationally.
